Payment terms:

• Every request of booking is liable to a non refundable forfait of 11,00 €
• Bookings will be taken in account only when confirmed with a credit card number.
• Rooms will be assigned as a first-come, first-served basis.
  Your choices would be respected as much as possible, according to availibilities given by hotels.
• A detailed booking confirmation and invoice will be sent back to you.

•Cancellation policies:
     • before May 18th 2009, deposit refunded less a cancellation fee of 11,00 € (forfait non refundable)
     • between May 19th and June 4th 2009, 50% penalty on the amount deriving from the cancellation + 11,00 €
       (forfait non refundable)
     • beyond June 5th 2009, 100% penalty on the amount deriving from the cancellation
