• Each hotel booking request is charged of 10 € fees non refundable.
• Bookings will be taken in account only when confirmed with a credit card number.
• Rooms will be assigned as a first-come, first-served basis. Your choices would be respected as much as possible,
   according to availibilities given by hotels.
• A detailed booking confirmation and invoice will be sent back to you.
• Cancellation policies :
      - before November 1st  2008, deposit refunded less cancellation fee 30 €
      - between november 2nd t and 21st   2008, deposit refunded less one night charged and cancellation fee 30 €
      - between November 22nd   and december 5th  2008, deposit refunded less two nights charged
         and cancellation fee 30 €
      - beyond december 5th  2008, no refund
